Ask A Stripper

pleasuregirl:

We are fierce. You can’t break us, we went all the way to the ends of our minds and bodies, and we are still here. We have survived society’s abuses, the harsh words of men and friends and lovers, the drugs and booze and the silent rustle of thousands of dollars to cross whatever lines we have…

No reason to thank me I was just doing my job…… But ur welcome… actually I am the one to be saying thank you….. by far best feature I’ve worked with. If people coulda saw u backstage and then how you rocked it on stage all I can say is WOW what a trooper….. I’ve worked with a lot of top-end features before, it’s gonna be pretty hard to top what I just saw this past week. Once again, THANKS…..

The DJ where I worked this weekend.

(I’m just gonna leave this here, because it’s nice to be told that I’m awesome every once in a while.)

Do you get upset when a guy 'finishes' during a dance? Or do you take it as a sign that you're doing a good job?

I take it as a sign that the patron is an asshole.

how do you handle your woman customers?

It depends on the attitude of each customer. If they’re happy to be there, I’m more than happy to dance for them, take tips from them, etc. If it’s clear they’re not happy about the fact that they’re anywhere near a strip club I avoid them like the plague. I don’t go by what the people she came with say about what I should say/do with her, because that can end badly.

How does one get into stripping?

It’s actually one of the easiest things to do when it comes to the process of getting hired. All you’ve gotta do is walk in and ask for a job/audition. After that it’s normally a yay or a nay from the manager/owner and just like that, you know whether you’ve got a job or not.

How much does stripping actually pay?

This is one of those questions that doesn’t really have an answer. There are too many variables for me to quote actual dollar amounts. Everything from the time of year to the location of the club to the weather can make a huge difference in what a dancer can/will make.

There are nights some dancers will walk out with less money than they walked in with, and other nights they could possibly walk out with a couple grand.

what do you think about underage strippers ?legal age is 18 right ?

It varies from place to place. Some places you have to be 18, others 21, etc.

I feel that sometimes it’s not the actual number, but the level of maturity & whether or not they are dancing because they actually want to. (Any kind of trafficking/sexual slavery, no matter what age the person is, is wrong and a whole different subject.) I’ve met some just over 18 dancers that totally had themselves together, and some 25 year olds that were by no means mature enough to be doing anything like dancing.

First posts are always weird…

Since people send me stripping related questions all the time on my ‘main’ blog, I’m making a place just for those posts. This is that blog.

Let’s get this ish started.
